Compare that number to a total of 67 single family residential and condominium units sold in 2011 with a total sold volume at $31,105,114. These numbers indicate an increase in the actual number of sales from 67 to 76 from 2011 to 2012 (an increase of 13.43%) and an increase in total sold volume of 11.97%. The average sale price was down in 2012. In 2012, the average sale price of a home in Shelburne was $458,294.93 down from $464,255.43 a decrease of -1.28%.
